Satisfaction guarantee
At The Redshed, your satisfaction with the product you have purchased from us is important. As such we offer you, as a RedShed customer, a RedShed Product Satisfaction Guarantee.
The Product satisfaction guarantee we offer, is not a money-back guarantee, but instead an opportunity for you to change the product you purchased with the view to BETTER satisfy your individual needs.
This process works in the following way.
Within usually 30-60 days and after you have gained (specific) experience from using the product you have purchased, you may decide that another model (with different features you were shown at the RedSHED) would be more appropriate. If this is the case, you can return your product to us and simply pay the difference between the two purchase prices.  
Therefore if you wish to upgrade your ride on mower, (or even discuss your experience with your New Ride On Mower with one of our friendly consultants, please email us on marketing@theredshed.com.au and  "state" 30 day product satisfaction discussion requested!
 
 
 
First Service of Domestic Ride On Mowers

Please also be reminded regular servicing and maintenance of your Ride-On Mower is required as per the manufacturer’s instructions.

Your first service is due between 8 to 10 Hours of use or 3 months from the date of purchase (whichever comes first). Many will say this service is one of the most important services as any debris left over of manufacturing in the engine will be removed before major damage can occur or prevented.

This service includes oil chance + oil filter change + tightening of any loose bolts/nuts, greasing of chassis and functionality test.

You can carry out this service yourself, however, if you would like this matter professionally attended to please contact us by emailing "first service required" to  marketing@theredshed.com.au

Please note first services typically cost $175 which covers the cost of parts and labour and GST excluding transport costs. First service charges are less (up to $25 less) if you supply the warranty oil you purchased.

 
 
First Service of Commercial and Professional Ride On Mowers

The same applies to the Professional or Commercial models, regular servicing and maintenance of your Ride-On Mower is required as per the manufacturer’s instructions.

Your first service is due between 8 to 10 Hours of use or 3 months from the date of purchase (whichever comes first).

This service includes oil chance + oil filter change, tightening of any loose bolts/nuts, greasing of chassis, topping up hydraulic oils, software updates if needed and a functionality test.

You can carry out this service yourself, however, if you would like this matter professionally attended to please contact us by emailing "first service required" to  marketing@theredshed.com.au

Please note first services typically cost $355 which covers the cost of parts and labour and GST excluding transport costs. First service charges are less (up to $35 less) if you supply the warranty oil you purchased.
